Refund and Returns Policy
At Al Amir Nature, we strive to offer our customers the finest natural honey products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (natural honey and related items), we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@alamirnature.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products.
- Custom or promotional items.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@alamirnature.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
